## Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a **Bartender**, you are responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality when preparing and serving beverages. Your key responsibilities will include:

-   Perform all necessary tasks to serve beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual.
-   Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through the effective utilization of all resources.
-   Delight guests by offering trend-setting and innovative products and services, contributing to sales activities and maximizing revenue.
-   Set up the bar and prepare all necessary _mise en place_ before service.
-   Clean the bar and all equipment according to the required standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
-   Provide prompt and efficient service to all guests while treating guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner.

## Requirements

### Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage, with a minimum of one year of experience in Bar Operations.

An excellent command of English, along with strong guest service and interpersonal skills, is essential. Flair bartending skills, combined with thorough knowledge of various types of wines, spirits, liquors, and cocktails, would be a definite advantage.
