## Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who are eager to advance their careers.

As a **Waiter/Waitress**, you will be responsible for delivering professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and exceeds expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform all food and beverage service duties in accordance with the hotel's standard operating procedures and service standards.
-   Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
-   Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to effectively assist and advise guests.
-   Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages served to guests.
-   Maintain positive guest relations and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
-   Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within the outlet and for all service equipment.
-   Carry out all service preparations before, during, and after service, including mise en place and mise en scène.
-   Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage through careful handling of products and equipment.
-   Actively apply upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

## Requirements

**Education, Qualifications & Experience**

Ideally, you should hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality, or have vocational training in Food & Beverage, with previous experience as a **Waiter/Waitress** in a high-volume restaurant environment. A good command of English is essential, along with strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Knowledge & Competencies**

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service, combined with a positive and friendly attitude.
