## Description

Key responsibilities:

-   Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-   Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
-   Take guest orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
-   Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
-   Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
-   Check on guests during their meal and handle concerns or complaints professionally.
-   Prepare and present bills accurately and process guest payments.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
-   Set up and clear tables efficiently before, during, and after service.
-   Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
-   Support colleagues and assist with restaurant operations as required.
-   Attend departmental training and meetings.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent.
-   Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
-   Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
