## Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a **Recreation Attendant**, you are responsible for ensuring that all health club operations and assigned duties are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

-   Ensure that the swimming pools (main and children's pools) and all health club areas are clean at all times, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
-   Ensure that sun loungers are clean and free of debris throughout operating hours.
-   Sweep and wash down the pool deck and ensure all furniture is properly arranged during the morning setup.
-   Welcome guests upon arrival at Bodylines and provide assistance as required.
-   Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout all areas of the facility.
-   Assist potential new members by providing comprehensive tours of the facility and accurate information about membership prices, services, and club facilities.
-   Regularly inspect changing rooms to ensure they are clean, tidy, and free of litter and used towels.
-   Report any guest complaints or concerns to supervisors immediately.
-   Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional grooming at all times.

## Requirements

### Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in Sports and Leisure, preferably with previous work experience in a hotel environment.

The ability to swim is essential. You should be physically fit and capable of working long hours in an outdoor environment. A good command of English, along with strong interpersonal skills, would be an advantage.

### Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, with strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively. You should have a positive, cheerful attitude, with a sporty, outgoing, and approachable personality.

You should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent teamwork, and thrive when interacting with colleagues and guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
