## Description

We are currently seeking passionate, dynamic, and guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

As a **Housekeeping Attendant**, you will be responsible for carrying out daily assigned duties as instructed by your supervisor while ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and accurately complete the key logbook.
-   Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
-   Ensure fire exits and stairways remain clear of obstructions.
-   Identify and immediately report any maintenance issues.
-   Maintain cleanliness in corridors, pathways, and public areas.
-   Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and polish furniture, and empty wastebaskets.
-   Make beds and thoroughly clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors.
-   Replenish bathroom amenities and guest room supplies.
-   Arrange guests' personal items neatly and perform spot cleaning when necessary.
-   Keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
-   Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
-   Coordinate with valet services for guests' laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests.
-   Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction at all times.

## Requirements

### Education, Qualifications & Experience

-   Previous experience or vocational training in the Housekeeping Department of a hotel is preferred.
-   Good command of English is an advantage.
-   Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
