## Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a **Waiter / Waitress**, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

-   Perform all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual.
-   Greet and seat guests, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
-   Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests.
-   Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages being served.
-   Maintain positive guest relations and handle complaints and inquiries satisfactorily.
-   Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensure the proper upkeep of all service equipment.
-   Complete all service preparations before, during, and after service (_mise en place_ and _mise en scène_).
-   Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
-   Actively apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

## Requirements

### Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage, with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English, along with strong guest service and interpersonal skills, is essential.
