## Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic, guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. As a **Housekeeping Attendant**, you will be responsible for carrying out daily duties as assigned by your Supervisor while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

-   Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the Supervisor and accurately sign the key logbook.
-   Clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
-   Ensure fire exits and stairways remain free from obstructions.
-   Report any maintenance issues immediately.
-   Pick up litter from corridors and walkways.
-   Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, and empty wastebaskets.
-   Make beds and clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and metal fixtures.
-   Replenish bathroom amenities and guest room supplies.
-   Neatly arrange guest toiletries and spot-clean carpets when required.
-   Maintain guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
-   Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
-   Coordinate with the valet service to collect guests' clothing for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.

This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

## Requirements

**Education, Qualifications & Experience:**

Ideally, you should have vocational training in Housekeeping within a hotel environment. A good command of English is an advantage.

The ideal candidate is a friendly, caring, and dedicated individual with strong cross-cultural awareness and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
