## Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic, guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

As a **Housekeeping Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives while ensuring that hotel cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare daily job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
-   Issue keys and necessary supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
-   Monitor VIP, Do Not Disturb (DND), Sleep-Out, and Double-Locked rooms, and take appropriate action as required.
-   Attend daily briefings and receive operational updates and special instructions.
-   Verify guest check-outs before reporting rooms as vacant.
-   Receive and coordinate special guest requests, ensuring timely completion.
-   Inspect cleaned rooms and public areas using established checklists to ensure cleanliness standards are met, amenities are properly replenished, and maintenance issues are reported immediately.
-   Complete required reports and transfer found items to the Lost & Found department.
-   Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
-   Train, guide, and support Housekeeping Attendants, providing feedback and reporting performance concerns to management.
-   Assist with inventory control and ensure all housekeeping equipment and machinery are properly used, maintained, and stored.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

## Requirements

**Education, Qualifications & Experience**

Ideally, you should hold a diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality, with previous supervisory experience within a hotel Housekeeping department. A good command of written and spoken English is essential, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy and experience using Opera are advantageous.
